How We Met

We swiped right! We started off as just friends. We met at Little Tart in Summerhill (Brent went to the wrong location). After a few months of friendship, Alien in 35mm, a few Roller Derby matches, Brent asked Karen out after a pitcher of margarita at Lean Draft House.

What kind of ceremony are you having?

We are planning a micro-wedding. We are inviting ~30 of our closest friends and family. There will be a ceremony, a cocktail hour, and dinner.

Are kids invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! So, 18+ for this event.

What’s the dress code?

Semi-Formal. It will be North Georgia in early September, so it may be hot. We would rather you be comfortable than fancy. Don't forget your dancing shoes!

What is the phone/camera policy?

We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. Also, we paid a photographer to take professional photos through the evening. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony concludes.

Where is the reception being held?

It's going to be right next door to the chapel, no need to go off property.
